The Advertisers are purchasing a pixel advertisement on the main page lasting at least 5 years.
Images must be in GIF, PNG or JPEG format AND not animated.
Your pixel advertisement links must be to web pages only and begin with http://
After successful Purchasing through the checkout, your spot will be reserved and you will see on your chosen spot. The Advertiser will then be able to login and upload the Images, Text and URL.We will then verify your link, description and images. If you pay by other means such as bank transfer or cheque, please allow at least 7 working days before the transaction is clear after which we will verify your order. If payment is not received within two weeks, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
No refunds once your pixel block is accepted and put on the main page. The price that you pay at the time you buy your pixel advertisement is final and cannot be refunded.
No obscene/offensive/adult/illegal images/links/description will be accepted. We decide what is appropriate for our site. If your submission is rejected, you will have the opportunity to provide an alternative pixel advertisement. If you cannot provide an alternative within 1 month, your money will not be refunded and you will lose your pixel advertisement.
If your link is accepted and you later change the content of the linked site to show offensive/obscene/adult/illegal material then your pixel advertisement will be removed, the space will become publicly available again, and you will not get a refund.
The Advertiser can request your image to be removed at any time but the space will become publicly available again and you will not receive a refund.
Although we will not change or remove your pixel advertisements under normal circumstances, we reserve the right to do so under exceptional circumstances such as a court order, lawsuit or public outcry. When a removal happens, the space will be publicly available and you will not receive a refund.
You must have the legal right to use the image you provide for your pixel advertisement.
There might be occasional downtime for site maintenance but we promise to keep the downtime of the website to a minimum and will only be done when switching servers or upgrading.
We promise not to sell or misuse any information that you have given to us We will not provide it to any third party’s as per the Privacy Policy
When you purchase pixel advertisement, you do not own any part of this homepage or this site, but rather you are granted the right to submit an image and link which will then be published on the main page in the respective space you have paid for.
We reverse the right to change these terms and conditions and any time and for any reason.
