Q. So what's the catch?
A. There isn't one. The lucky winner could gain a fully furnished Grand Designs House, with all fee's and taxes paid. All you need to do is come and pick up the Key, and we get to pay off our debt.
Q. How do we manage to raise the money to pay off our debt.
A. On the this site we sell pixel advertising, in order to get good advertisers we need as many people to visit the site and view the adverts. To help we will be working with key advertisers to run secondary competitions as well as offering smaller cash prizes for searching out information on the site advertisers.
Q. Who can enter the Competition?
A. Anyone who is over the age of 18yrs old and is a resident of the Planet Earth.
Q. Ok so what do I have to do?
A. Click on the "Twitter" button above and agree to become a "Follower" of our Twitter Site, it is as simple as that.
Q. What are my chances of winning?
A. Your chances of winning will depend on how many people become "followers" of our Twitter group. We are aiming for get 1,000,000 "Followers"
Q. Who are your advisors?
A. Our Lawyer, Andrew Woods (partner at Walker Morris), and Ollis and Co - Chartered Accountants
Q. What if I enter more than once?
A. Then your opportunity of winning is much higher. However you must have 2 or more Twitter profiles. On that basis you can enter as many times as you like.
Q. When will the Draw take place ?
A.As soon as we hit our Sales of 10,000 pixel blocks we will close the competion and announce the winner.
Q. Will I get receipt of my entry?
A. No, you will not get a receipt of entry, as long as you are a "Follower" at the time of the Draw you will be eligable.
Q. What does the winner have to pay for?
A. Other than travelling to pick up the Keys. We are paying the stamp duty and all conveyancing costs. All the bills relating to the house will be paid before we leave.
Q. How is the Winner selected ?
A. After the competition closes the winner is determined by a Random Draw, 50 randomly picked Twitter ID's will be picked from our Followers, then our Lawyer's will pick a final Winner. This will all be indpendantly verifed.
Q. What happens if we do not reach our goal of seling all the pixel blocks ?
A. If we don't reach our cash target, we have the option of extending our deadline by up to 3 months. If at that point we still have not reached our goal, we will do a cash draw and the winner will receive the total amount minus costs as defined in the Terms and Conditions.
Q. What happens if we Sell the house in the meantime?
A. The house is on the Market with Local agent Peter Ball ( www.peterball.co.uk ) even if we had a buyer tomorrow, it would still take 8 to 10 weeks to complete a purchase. We would like to think with your help we can get all the Advertisers we need to fill the site quickly and acheive our goal. However if it was sold then, the same would apply as below, a Cash Draw would be given.
Q. Who currently has the properties deeds?
A. The deeds are with our conveyencing solicitor.
Q. Does the House come with any Guarantees?
A. Yes, the House was built under the NHBC Solo Build, copies of which will be handed over to the winner. There is also a 10year guarantee from the Waterproofing Company.
Q. Why 10,000 Pixel Blocks?
A. Anyone can work out that 10,000 Pixel Blocks is a lot. However, after 10% of all Advertising Sales going to charity, legal fees, Payment fees, Taxes, Secondary Cash or other Prizes and Marketing fees, we are left with enough to pay off our debt .
Q. Does the house come furnished?
A. Yes the winner will receive the keys to our fully furnished home, complete with all the mod-cons.
Q. What is the definition of Fully Furnished?
A. The house will be complete with Living Control Multi-media system, fully fitted kitchen with all AEG appliances, Elica Star Cooker Hoods, Zip Tap, 2x Induction Hobs, Jesse Dining Table and eight Dwell chairs, Contemporary One Deko Lshaped sofa, Glass Coffee Table, Rug, 32" LG, LCD TV, Jesse Wall Cabinet Furniture, Playroom Storage, Chequred Rug, Two large Paintings by local artist Kate Morphew, Office Shelves, Filing Cabinets, 2x Contemporary Perspex chairs. Double Bed, Jesse Wardrobes, 2x single beds, Large Contemporary Chequered Mirror.
Q. What does it not include?
A. Excluded in the competition is all our personal belongings, all Garden pots and Garden furniture and all Kitchen crockery, glass ware and Kitchen wares.
Q. When would the winner actually take posession of the house?
A. After the winner is announced we will need the winners solicitors details to process the change of ownership. These timescales are dependent on how quickly the solicitors work.
